Our consulting rooms are conveniently located at both Westmead Private Hospital and Westmead Hospital.
Before your first appointment, you will receive a New Patient Registration Form and Medical History Questionnaire to complete. To help us prepare for your consultation, please return the completed forms by email along with your specialist referral, private health insurance details and any relevant test results or imaging prior to your appointment.
